Chili Pork Ribs

Spicy ass pork ribs made in the pressure cooker so they're mad tender

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs country style pork ribs
  • 1 red pepper, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1.5 cups beef stock
  • 1 tbsp cilantro

Instructions

  1. Set your instant pot on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the chili, pepper flakes, the onion and the paprika and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the meat and brown for 5 minutes more.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, toss, put the lid on and cook on High for 20 minutes.
  4. Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, divide the ribs between plates and serve.
