Crab Fried Rice

Fried rice with crab. And it's keto. So you can eat a whole bunch and then not be able to poop because cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of cauliflower rice (raw)
  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons crushed ginger
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons rice cooking wine
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 8 oz crab meat

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant
  2. Add cauliflower rice
  3. Add the pepper, soy sauce, and wine vinegar
  4. Beat the egg and mix it well
  5. Mix in the crab and cook for two more minutes
