Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs

Simple deviled egg recipe. The way to make them awesome is to add stuff to the filling.

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1⁄2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp horseradish mustard
  • S & P to taste
  • cayenne

Instructions

  1. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out egg yolks and put in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Combine yolks, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. A mixer really helps.
  3. Put equal amounts of mixture in each halved egg. Sprinkle with cayenne.
