Orange Crush Chicken

A simple keto chicken dish that takes a little while but is really easy and hands off.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ medium white onion, peeled and sliced into wedges
  • ¼ cup no-sugar-added ketchup
  • 12 ounces Diet Orange Crush soda
  • ⅓ cup 0g net carbs sweetener
  • 2 cups chopped (1" chunks) red and green bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except bell peppers to a slow cooker and stir to blend. Cook on high 2 hours, 30 minutes.
  2. Add bell peppers to slow cooker. Continue cooking 30 minutes on high.
  3. Let cool and evenly divide into two bowls. Serve warm.
