Turnip Greens & Artichoke Chicken

A quick bake recipe with artichokes that make you look like you know wtf you're doing in the kitchen because who tf uses artichokes?

Ingredients

  • 4 oz canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup turnip greens
  • ¼ cup Pecorino cheese, grated
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 oz Monterrey Jack, shredded

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and arrange the chicken slices on the bottom. Season with pepper and salt. Set in the oven at 350 F and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Remove the chicken from the oven and spread over the artichokes.
  4. Top with Monterrey cheese and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve warm.
